He emphasized that foreign-related rule of law is not merely about “litigation”, but also encompasses the construction of a full-process risk control system covering market access, investment structure, labor compliance, foreign exchange settlement, and more. It is suggested that enterprises make good use of the foreign-related legal public welfare consultation services provided by the government. At the same time, before “going global”, they should fully conduct country-specific legal research, and with the help of professional teams, do a good job in key links such as ODI filing, contract review, and tax planning design, to achieve “compliant overseas expansion and stable operation”.
