In fact,the material of absorbent cotton is cotton linters which is pure cotton fibres. Linters, the short cellulose fibres left on the seed after the staple cotton is removed by ginning, are used to make coarse yarns and many cellulose products. Cotton linter fibers are then put through the pulping process to remove naturally occurring waxes and extractives to expose the cellulose.After being bleached, absorbent cotton is formed initially.
The processing of absorbent cotton in our company is carried out in the high-temperature sterilization and purification workshop, which is of medical grade. We make up cotton and clean. Therefore, customers can rest assured to use our products.
